About The Urban Music Festival

Our Story - Eleven Years and Getting Stronger

The Austin Urban Music Festival 2015 celebrated its tenth anniversary on Friday & Saturday, March 27 & 28, 2015. It was a fun filled weekend full of great entertainment and community participation.

The festival is entering into its eleventh year, which is a landmark
accomplishment, and a testament of the devotion of all involved from the festival goers to all the volunteers. On behalf of the AUMF we would like to say Thanks, and to request your continued support.

The festival continues to play a huge role in the community as a part of the Austin Quality of Life Initiative. The Festival is focused on breaking new boundaries each year and will continue to do so as it aims to reach the hearts and minds of Urban music lovers where ever they may be, all are welcomed to join in the fun!
